Moonshine 323*

Moonshine 323 has been newly renovated and newly furnished to a high standard, with modern handle less kitchen units, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. The island has a hob and 2 barstools for casual dining.

There is also an integrated dishwasher and a washer/dryer in the apartment which is very rare at Rockley Golf Club as there are communal washer dryers for everyone to use.

The open plan living area has a sofa bed (Queen size), and a  dining area leading  out to a covered Balcony overlooking the golf course, where one can often see Monkeys playing on the trees and lawn!

The King bed has 2 twin mattresses which can be made up as 2 twin beds or 1 king bed.

There is a large front balcony overlooking the pool and garden, outfitted with a 3 piece living room suite  and a second dining table for al fresco dining!

RATES PER WEEK.

1 – 30 June – USD $660 per week.

1 July to 4 September – USD $770 per week.

5 September to 8 December – USD $660 per week.

9 December to 16 April 2023 – USD $1100.00 per week.

PLEASE NOTE THE RATES ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% TAX.

Electricity is capped at USD50.00 per week and anything over has to be paid on departure.
