This South Coast unit features two en suite bedrooms and has had some upgrades over the last few years. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second two twin beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning units and showers in the bathrooms. The kitchen at Lemon Arbor 516 is fully equipped with small and large appliances including a dishwasher. The living and dining area lead on to a shaded and breezy patio which has views of the 7th Green of the Rockley Golf Course.

RATES PER NIGHT (For 2 to 4 people)

Summer (15 April to 15 December) USD $160 per night

Winter (15 December to 15 April) USD $260 per night

PLEASE NOTE:

The minimum stay is 3 nights. The rate includes maid service once a week. All linens and towels are provided. For your added convenience, we provide a basic supply of toilet tissue, hand soap, dish/dishwashing & laundry detergents and cleaning supplies. You are responsible for any additional requirements during your stay. The communal pool in Lemon Arbour is equipped with several loungers, chairs, tables & umbrellas.

PAYMENT TERMS:

There is a 25% deposit due on booking. Balance of payment is due 30 to 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made with Visa or MasterCard or wire transfer.
