Brownes 1B is a magnificent holiday rental apartment in Barbados, located in the parish of Christ Church. This South coast boutique condo is a one bedroom, one bathroom  apartment with open plan living, dining and kitchen areas.

The living then leads onto a bright airy patio with views of the pool. The bedroom is air conditioned and adorned with modern features and the bathroom has been completely upgraded. In addition, residents and guests of Brownes 1B have access to the communal pool, gym and barbeque area. Brownes development is nestled in a quiet lane, just off the coast road. This gated community is fully enclosed and secured with electric gates as well as a coded entry.

This South coast apartment is close to all the best beaches, restaurants, shopping centers and nightlife. Browne’s is the very essence of Caribbean charm set in its own plush grounds just 100 meters from sparkling aquamarine blue sea and the new South Coast Boardwalk.

RATES PER NIGHT (For 2 people)

Summer (15 April to 15 December) USD $175 per night

Winter (15 December to 15 April) USD $220 per night

Xmas (20 December to 3 January) USD $255 per night

PLEASE NOTE THE RATES ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% TAX.

PLEASE NOTE:

The minimum stay is 5 nights in the summer, 7 nights in the winter and 10 nights over Christmas and the New Year. The rate includes maid service once a week. All linens and towels are provided. For your added convenience, we provide a basic supply of toilet tissue, hand soap, dish/dishwashing & laundry detergents and cleaning supplies. You are responsible for any additional requirements during your stay.

PAYMENT TERMS:

There is a 25% deposit due on booking. Balance of payment is due 30 to 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made with Visa, Master Card or wire transfer.
