Penthouse 1, one of two brand new units, is incredibly spacious with high end finishes, and has a prime location on Highway 7 (just 60 seconds from Worthing Beach) which ensures easy access to local attractions, numerous pristine beaches and an abundance of dining and nightlife options.

The fully equipped modern kitchen seamlessly integrates with the open plan living room and dining area, which boasts high ceilings and extensive natural light, and leads onto an expansive rooftop terrace. A lavish king size bed, walk-in closet, double vanity sinks and elegant walk-in shower add to the luxury while a private office provides a dedicated space to stay connected.

The modern entertainment system, featuring 50” flat screen Smart TVs and an impressive audio system, inclusive of five poolside speakers accessible via Bluetooth, provides options for downtime. The entire space has a zoned HVAC system, such that the office, living room / kitchen and bedroom can each have their own climates.

Downstairs, a gourmet store (Cavi & Vino) featuring a specially curated range of wines, spirits, chocolates and meats awaits, along with a coffee shop (Starbucks) and in the coming months, a bakery.

Please note that Penthouse 1 has only a kingsize bed but the office can be used as a second bedroom and a foldable bed can be sourced once available, at cost, on request. This allows for up 4 persons to stay. Kindly note the glass office wall restricts privacy. Alternatively, the unit had a sofa bed that can host 1 adult or 2 kids.

Lastly, while guests have full and sole use of their penthouse, the washer/dryer, the rooftop pool, terrace and outside seating areas are amenities shared with guests of the 2nd penthouse.
