This South coast property has a dining room, open plan kitchen and living area which leads on to the patio. The three bedrooms are located upstairs and are air conditioned, one of which is en-suite. The property has been maintained in great condition and offers modern fixtures and furniture. There is WIFI and cable TV. Rockley Golf & Country Club is a short distance to beaches, supermarket, bank and restaurants along the South coast.

There is also a communal pool within the Foursquare Cluster.

RATES PER NIGHT (For 2 to 6 people)

Summer (15 April to 15 December) USD $230 per night

Winter (15 December to 15 April) USD $290 per night

PLEASE NOTE:

The minimum stay is 3 nights. The rate includes maid service once a week. All linens and towels are provided. For your added convenience, we provide a basic supply of toilet tissue, hand soap, dish/dish washing & laundry detergents and cleaning supplies. You are responsible for any additional requirements during your stay. The communal pool in Foursquare is equipped with several loungers, chairs, tables & umbrellas.

PAYMENT TERMS:

There is a 25% deposit due on booking. Balance of payment is due 30 to 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard or wire transfer.
