Foursquare No. 19 is a wonderful townhouse for holiday rental in Barbados, located in Rockley Golf & Country Club in the parish of Christ Church.

The property is fully furnished and well maintained comprising of three bedrooms and two bathrooms (both bathrooms have a shower stall),  a separate living and dining room and a covered patio with views of the 7th Fairway of the Golf Course. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned and the master bedroom is en-suite with a private balcony. The kitchen was upgraded and offers a spacious open plan with ample cupboard space.

There is a communal pool which is centrally located within this cluster. Residents of Foursquare No. 19 can enjoy tennis and golf. Rockley is within walking distance to beaches, cafes, banks and supermarkets in Worthing.

Foursquare is one of many clusters that make up Rockley Golf & Country Club development on the South coast of Barbados.

RATES PER NIGHT (For 2 to 6 people)

Summer (15 April to 15 December) USD $215 per night

Winter (15 December to 15 April) USD $290 per night

PLEASE NOTE:

The minimum stay is 3 nights. The rate includes maid service once a week. All linens and towels are provided. For your added convenience, we provide a basic supply of toilet tissue, hand soap, dish/dish washing & laundry detergents and cleaning supplies. You are responsible for any additional requirements during your stay. The communal pool in Foursquare is equipped with several loungers, chairs, tables & umbrellas.

PAYMENT TERMS:

There is a 25% deposit due on booking. Balance of payment is due 30 to 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard or wire transfer.
