Golden Grove 210 is a beautifully furnished one bedroom, one bathroom apartment for holiday rental, located on the ground floor within Rockley Golf & Country Club.

This South coast accommodation offers a Queen size bed in the bedroom and air conditioning throughout, as well as an open plan kitchen which is fully equipped and looks out onto the living and dining area. In addition, the patio at Golden Grove 210 overlooks the first Fairway of the Rockley golf course. This cluster has a central laundry facility as well as a communal pool for use by all residents and guests.

Summer (15 April to 15 December) USD $120 per night

Winter (15 December to 15 April) USD $155 per night

PLEASE NOTE:

The rate includes maid service once a week. All linens and towels are provided. For your added convenience, we provide a basic supply of toilet tissue, hand soap, dish/dish-washing & laundry detergents and cleaning supplies. You are responsible for any additional requirements during your stay. The communal pool in Golden Grove is equipped with several loungers, chairs, tables & umbrellas.

PAYMENT TERMS:

There is a 25% deposit due on booking. Balance of payment is due 30 to 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard or wire transfer
