Golden Grove 211 is a ground floor one bedroom, one bathroom holiday rental apartment, situated in the popular Rockley Golf & Country Club, Christ Church, Barbados.

This Barbados holiday rental apartment has a modern, open plan kitchen equipped with appliances. The kitchen also comes fully equipped with all cutlery, crockery and small appliances. Golden Grove 211 has a lovely spacious living and dining area which leads on to the patio facing the golf course. The apartment faces East so it is bright and breezy. The patio of Golden Grove 211 is equipped with four chairs and a dining table. The airconditioned bedroom has ample cupboard space and there is a full bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. It has a wonderful view of the first Fairway of the Rockley Golf Course.

In addition, there is a communal pool, tennis courts, 9 hole golf course, restaurant and laundry facilities specific to the Golden Grove cluster. Many South coast amenities such as supermarkets, shops, banks and beaches are just a short walk away.

Summer (15 April to 15 December) USD $120 per night

Winter (15 December to 15 April) USD $155 per night

PLEASE NOTE:

The minimum stay is 3 nights. The rate includes maid service once a week. All linens and towels are provided. For your added convenience, we provide a basic supply of toilet tissue, hand soap, dish/dishwashing & laundry detergents and cleaning supplies. You are responsible for any additional requirements during your stay. The communal pool in Golden Grove is equipped with several loungers, chairs, tables & umbrellas.

PAYMENT TERMS:

There is a 25% deposit due on booking. Balance of payment is due 30 to 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard or wire transfer.
