Green Monkey 3 is a newly renovated one bedroom, one bathroom apartment for holiday rental on Rockley Golf Course. This tastefully decorated apartment is very breezy and offers two patios. The large front patio is a standout feature it overlooks the private residence pool and is a great spot to have breakfast or wind down at the end of the day with a bottle of wine. It's also a great place to entertain. The back patio looks out onto the greens and from here you are often able to see a playful group of the famous Barbados green monkeys that frequents the area.

Amenities include a queen sized bed, air conditioning and ceiling fans in both the bedroom and the living room, fully equipped kitchenette, BBQ grill, 32" flat screen TV, WIFI, landline and cable (the latter awaiting fiber installation). An iron, hair dryer, room safe and local cell phone are also provided for convenience in addition to hand, bath and beach towels. Maid service is provided on a weekly basis. There is also a communal laundry room that guests can access and machine tokens are provided for free.

Summer (15 April to 15 December) USD $125 per night

Winter (15 December to 15 April) USD $155 per night

PLEASE NOTE:

The rate includes maid service once a week. All linens and towels are provided. For your added convenience, we provide a basic supply of toilet tissue, hand soap, dish/dishwashing and laundry detergents and cleaning supplies. You are responsible for any additional requirements during your stay. The communal pool in Pleasant Hall is equipped with several loungers, chairs, tables and umbrellas.

PAYMENT TERMS:

There is a 25% deposit due on booking. Balance of payment is due 30 to 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made with Visa or MasterCard or wire transfer.
