Green Monkey 4 is very breezy one bedroom apartment and the patio, which opens out onto the golf course, is a great spot to have breakfast or wind down at the end of the day with a beer or a bottle of wine. From here you are often able to see a playful family of green monkeys that frequents the property. Amenities include a king sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized sofa bed in the living room, air conditioning and ceiling fans in both bedroom and living room, fully equipped kitchenette, BBQ grill, 40″” SMART flat screen TV, super fast WIFI, landline & HD cable. An iron, hair dryer, room safe and local cell phone are also provided for convenience in addition to hand, bath and beach towels. Maid service is provided on a weekly basis. There is also a communal laundry room that guests can access and machine tokens are provided for free. You are responsible for any additional requirements during your stay. The communal pool in Pleasant Hall is equipped with several loungers, chairs, tables & umbrellas. PAYMENT TERMS: There is a 25% deposit due on booking. Balance of payment is due 30 to 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made with Visa or MasterCard or wire transfer.
