Harmony Green is a recently constructed, modern gated community located within walking distance of St. Lawrence Gap.  The property comes fully furnished. It is air conditioned throughout and equipped with ceiling fans and screened windows.

The apartment offers a modern kitchen complete with large and small appliances, open plan living/dining areas which lead to the covered patio. The patio has views of the reflective pool and tropical landscaping which surrounds the property.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, built in closets and access to the patio overlooking the lush courtyard. The second bedroom offers a bunk with double and queen beds, built in closets and air-conditioning. This bedroom has access to a modern bathroom.

Also located within Harmony Green is a sun deck and swimming pool. The property offers onsite security and there is 1 parking space included.

Ideally situated on the island, the location is peaceful, yet close to the nightlife of St. Lawrence Gap and Oistins Fish Fry. At the intersection of the ABC Highway and the South Coast’s main road, getting around by car or public transportation is easy. It is a 5-minute walk to spectacular Dover Beach and conveniently located close to a range of shopping, including groceries, specialty food and wine, fresh local produce, and fish.

Summer (15 April to 15 December) USD $250 per night

Winter (15 December to 15 April) USD $350 per night

Xmas (Dec. 20-Jan. 7) – US$450.00 per night

PLEASE NOTE THE RATES ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% TAX.

PLEASE NOTE:

The minimum stay is 5 nights in summer and 7 nights in the winter. The rate includes maid service once a week. All linens and towels are provided. For your added convenience, we provide a basic supply of toilet tissue, hand soap, dish/dishwashing & laundry detergents and cleaning supplies. You are responsible for any additional requirements during your stay.

PAYMENT TERMS:

There is a 25% deposit due on booking. Balance of payment is due 30 to 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made with Visa, Master Card or wire transfer.
