Harmony Hall 4 is a tastefully furnished two bedroom, one and a half bathroom townhouse for holiday rental overlooking the 7th Fairway of Rockley golf course.

This South coast property has a lovely open plan living and dining room leading on to the patio and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. Upstairs offers 2 bedrooms with adjoining bathroom. The master bedroom features a private balcony, which also overlooks the Fairway and the townhouse has air conditioning throughout.

Harmony Hall offers a communal pool in the centre of the cluster and there is easy access to tennis and golf within Rockley Golf & Country Club. Rockley is a short walking distance to the popular South coast beach Accra and other amenities.

RATES PER NIGHT (For 2 to 4 people)

Summer (15 April to 15 December) USD $160 per night

Winter (15 December to 15 April) USD $260 per night

PLEASE NOTE THE RATES ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% TAX.

PLEASE NOTE: The minimum stay is 5 nights. The rate includes maid service once a week. All linens and towels are provided. For your added convenience, we provide a basic supply of toilet tissue, hand soap, dish/dishwashing & laundry detergents and cleaning supplies. You are responsible for any additional requirements during your stay. The communal pool in Harmony Hall is equipped with several loungers, chairs, tables & umbrellas.

PAYMENT TERMS: There is a 25% deposit due on booking. Balance of payment is due 30 to 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made with Visa or MasterCard or wire transfer.
