Harmony Hall 5 is a spacious, fully furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse with a classic charm overlooking the 7^th Fairway of Rockley golf course.  The property is in a quiet location yet, it is a short walk to the beach, beach bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, shops, and other local amenities.  There is easy access to tennis, golf, spa and restaurant within Rockley Golf and Country Club. It is part of a cluster with a shared pool, loungers, tables and chairs. The townhouse is fully airconditioned with WIFI internet and cable TV.

On the ground floor, the open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas lead to a covered patio facing the golf course.  The fully fitted modern kitchen with breakfast bar is well-equipped with a hob, an electric oven and grill, a fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, smoothie machine and the necessary kitchenware. The living room has a wall-mounted flat-screen TV.  Netflix, Amazon and Apple TV are available; please bring your log-in details. A family bathroom is located on the ground floor. 

The upper floor comprises two bedrooms with high ceilings and an adjoining family bathroom with bathtub/shower.  The first bedroom has a king-sized bed (easily converted to single beds), TV and a private balcony overlooking the Fairway while the second bedroom has a double bed; both have built-in closets.  The townhouse can comfortably sleep four people.

The property has a BBQ grill, washing machine/dryer, iron, ironing board and a safe for your convenience.

Rates include a maid cleaning service once a week. All linens and towels are provided.  We provide a basic supply of toilet tissue, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent and cleaning supplies and a hairdryer. You are responsible for any additional requirements during your stay.

RATES PER NIGHT (For 2 to 4 people)

Summer (15 April to 15 December) USD $160 per night

Winter (15 December to 15 April) USD $260 per night

PLEASE NOTE: The minimum stay is 7 nights. The rate includes maid service once a week. All linens and towels are provided. You are responsible for any additional requirements during your stay. The communal pool in Harmony Hall is equipped with several loungers, chairs, tables & umbrellas.

PAYMENT TERMS: There is a 25% deposit due on booking. Balance of payment is due 30 to 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made with Visa or MasterCard or wire transfer.
