Joias is a five bedroom, four bathroom luxury house for holiday rental located in Atlantic Shores, Christ Church.

This South coast Barbados home offers approximately 7,500 square feet of living area, which can accommodate up to 10 people and has been furnished to feel like home away from home. Joias has spacious living areas with high vaulted ceilings and polished wood floors, giving the property a distinct colonial feel. The layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms may be ideal to a large party or two families sharing.

Joias is a beachfront Atlantic Shores property with 180º panoramic sea views set within lovely tropical gardens, which boasts a swimming pool and deck area. The magnificent swimming pool is 45 feet long and offers a very deep end for diving, wide walk-in steps and an underwater bench on which to sit and view the ocean while enjoying a lower back massage. The surrounding area is tiled in Travertine stone with hardwood decking and the ocean side boasts coconut palms; not only look idyllic but provide welcome shade. In addition, comfortable sun loungers ensure maximum chill factor!

The exterior of this Barbados holiday rental property is vast offering private retreats via the gardens, gazebo, sun deck, swimming pool and veranda. The setting is so beautiful that guests have used this venue before for their wedding. Sit in the shady gazebo with a good book and keep an eye open for the fishing boats coming back to Oistins with their catch before nipping down to the fish market to buy your supper! Or the veranda overlooks the sea and is perfect for dining and relaxing; as well as for listening to the sound of the surf and watching for turtles and humming birds.

The landscaped gardens at Joias contain many interesting tropical plants and shrubs as well as a variety of different palms, frangipani and flamboyant trees and fruit trees including avocado, breadfruit, mango.
Nearby beaches for swimming include the infamous Miami Beach; which is just 5 minutes drive away as well as Surfers Bay, which is also a major windsurfing base.

Other popular beaches you should visit include Worthing and Dover on the South coast, just 15 minutes away and Bottom Bay, and Foul Bay on the extraordinarily beautiful East Coast. Atlantic Shores is also 10 minutes drive away from The Barbados Golf Club, which offers a friendly welcome, a good golfing challenge and reasonably priced green fees.

The West coast is 40 to50 minutes drive away from this South coast holiday rental but is known for luxury and golfing resorts such as Sandy Lane, Royal Westmoreland and Apes Hill. Whilst undoubtedly more manicured, the green fees are around treble those of The Barbados 9 hole golf course at Rockley, which is 20 minutes away from Joais and more tolerant of the inexperienced.

The airport is only a 20 minute drive away from your Barbados South coast holiday rental, so there are no long transfers and you can start relaxing as soon as you land.

The minimum stay is 7 nights.
The rate includes maid service three times a week.
All linens and towels are provided.
For your added convenience, we provide a basic supply of toilet tissue, hand soap, dish/dishwashing & laundry detergents and cleaning supplies.
You are responsible for any additional requirements during your stay.

PAYMENT TERMS:

There is a 25% deposit due on booking.
Balance of payment is due 30 to 60 days prior to arrival.
Payment can be made with Visa or MasterCard or wire transfer.
