Lemon Arbour 543 is a first floor one bedroom apartment which sleeps 4, overlooking the golf course at Rockley Golf and Country Club in Christ Church, Barbados. Rockley is a peaceful development of houses and apartments set around the golf course in 70 acres of beautifully landscaped tropical surroundings.

This South Coast holiday rental apartment has been well maintained and is a fully furnished self-catering apartment. The bedroom is air-conditioned with a king size bed which can also be assembled as two single beds. There is a large ceiling fan, safe and hairdryer.

The sitting room has two large sofas, one of which is a sofa bed which will sleep a further 2 people. There is a large ceiling fan, cable TV, multi region DVD player, selection of DVD's, radio, free hi speed fiber internet, telephone and an upright fan. The bathroom is a modern tiled walk-in shower unit. To the side of the vanity sink there is a wall mounted magnifying mirror and shaver outlet. The kitchen is extremely well equipped for a self-catering holiday and includes a coffee percolator, microwave, large fridge, cooker, kettle, blender, toaster, food scales and a portable gas barbecue. The apartment features two lovely patios. The west facing patio is covered and overlooks the pool, the east facing patio overlooks the Golf Course. Both patios offer plenty of space for relaxing with a drink or eating outside to enjoy the peaceful surroundings that Rockley offers.

Rockley Golf Resort offers golf, golf shop, tennis courts, spa and restaurant, all within a few minutes' walk from the apartment. Lemon Arbour also offers holiday guests access to a central pool which is at the bottom of the stairs to the apartment. Laundry facilities are free and located at the far end of the pool.

The minimum stay is 3 nights. The rate includes maid service once a week. All linens and towels are provided. For your added convenience, we provide a basic supply of toilet tissue, hand soap, dish/dishwashing & laundry detergents and cleaning supplies. You are responsible for any additional requirements during your stay. The communal pool in Lemon Arbour is equipped with several loungers, chairs, tables & umbrellas.

PAYMENT TERMS:
