The kitchen at this holiday home is  open plan and looks onto the living and dining areas. This then leads to a very breezy patio with wonderful views of the 3rd and 4th Fairway of the Rockley golf course.

The Lemon Arbour cluster has a central swimming pool and laundry facility located just a short walk from this holiday rental apartment's front door.

RATES PER NIGHT (For 2 to 4 people)

Summer (15 April to 15 December) USD $160 per night

Winter (15 December to 15 April) USD $260 per night

PLEASE NOTE THE RATES ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% TAX.

PLEASE NOTE:

The minimum stay is 3 nights. The rate includes maid service once a week. All linens and towels are provided. For your added convenience, we provide a basic supply of toilet tissue, hand soap, dish/dishwashing and laundry detergents and cleaning supplies. You are responsible for any additional requirements during your stay. The communal pool in Lemon Arbour is equipped with several loungers, chairs, tables and umbrellas.

PAYMENT TERMS:

There is a 25% deposit due on booking. Balance of payment is due 30 to 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made with Visa, Master Card or wire transfer.
