This South coast rental apartment has had upgrades and offers two en-suite bedrooms with air conditioning and king size beds. The kitchen at this holiday home is  open plan and looks onto the living and dining areas. This then leads to a very breezy patio with wonderful views of the 3rd and 4th Fairway of the Rockley golf course.

The Lemon Arbour cluster has a central swimming pool and laundry facility located just a short walk from this holiday rental apartment’s front door.

Summer (15 April to 15 December) USD $160 per night

Winter (15 December to 15 April) USD $260 per night

The minimum stay is 3 nights. The rate includes maid service once a week. All linens and towels are provided. For your added convenience, we provide a basic supply of toilet tissue, hand soap, dish/dishwashing & laundry detergents and cleaning supplies. You are responsible for any additional requirements during your stay. The communal pool in Lemon Arbour is equipped with several loungers, chairs, tables & umbrellas.

PAYMENT TERMS:

There is a 25% deposit due on booking. Balance of payment is due 30 to 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made with Visa, Master Card or wire transfer.
