Lemon Arbour 545 is a first floor one bedroom apartment overlooking the golf course at Rockley Golf & Country Club in Christ Church, Barbados. Rockley is set around the golf course in 70 acres of beautifully landscaped tropical surroundings.

The apartment is fully furnished and self-catering apartment. The bedroom is air-conditioned with a king size bed ample closet space, ceiling fan, and safe.

The living room is bright and breezy and offers a sofa bed which will sleep a further 2 people. There is a ceiling fan, ac, smart TV and WiFi. The living room leads on to a patio which offers views of the Rockley Golf Course.

The bathroom has been modernized and offers a shower. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a coffee percolator, microwave, large fridge, cooker, kettle, and toaster.  There is a good supply of crockery and cutlery as well. There is an additional, spacious, west facing patio which is covered and overlooks the pool. It is a great space for relaxing and dining.

Rockley Golf Resort offers golf, golf shop, tennis courts, spa and restaurant, all within a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. Lemon Arbour also offers holiday guests access to a central pool. Laundry facilities are free and located at the far end of the pool.

Summer (15 April to 15 December) USD $140 per night

Winter (15 December to 15 April) USD $165 per night

PLEASE NOTE THE RATES ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% TAX.

PLEASE NOTE:

The minimum stay is 5 nights in the summer and 7 nights in the winter. All linens and towels are provided.

The communal pool in Lemon Arbour is equipped with several loungers, chairs, tables & umbrellas.

PAYMENT TERMS:

There is a 25% deposit due on booking. Balance of payment is due 30 to 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made with Visa, Master Card or wire transfer.
