Moonshine 330 is a bright and cheerful one bedroom, one bathroom apartment for holiday rental within Rockley Golf & Country Club, Christ Church.

This furnished South coast apartment is on the first floor and comes fully equipped with a King size bed and air conditioning in the bedroom. There is an open plan kitchen, living and dining with WIFI. There are also two patios; one with a lovely garden view and the other with a pool view. Moonshine offers a central pool and laundry facility which is available to all residents and holiday guests. In addition, guests can use the golf course and tennis courts by making a booking at the pro shop which is situated at the club house.

Summer (15 April to 15 December) USD $120 per night

Winter (15 December to 15 April) USD $155 per night

PLEASE NOTE THE RATES ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% TAX.

PLEASE NOTE:

The rate includes maid service once a week. All linens and towels are provided. For your added convenience, we provide a basic supply of toilet tissue, hand soap, dish/dishwashing & laundry detergents and cleaning supplies. You are responsible for any additional requirements during your stay. The communal pool in Moonshine is equipped with several loungers, chairs, tables & umbrellas.

PAYMENT TERMS:

There is a 25% deposit due on booking. Balance of payment is due 30 to 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made with Visa, Master Card or wire transfer.
