This South coast apartment is a well furnished two bedroom, two bathroom end unit situated on the first floor. Breathtaking ocean views can be enjoyed from the large balcony as well as from the open plan kitchen and living areas.

Ocean One 101 offers a fully equipped Italian designed kitchen with appliances including a microwave, blender, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The comfortable sofa seating is for 6 and there is a complete entertainment area with a large flat screen TV. In addition, the balcony has a comfortable suite and coffee table for informal entertaining and lounging. Maxwell Coast Road is is walking distance from shops and Friday night fish fry at Oistins, and only 10 minutes away from shopping on the South coast.

RATES PER NIGHT (For 2 to 4 people)

Summer (May 1 to 15 December) USD $375 per night

Christmas (15 December to 9 January) USD $550 per night

Winter (15 December to May 1) USD $475 per night

PLEASE NOTE:

The minimum stay is 5 nights.

The rate includes maid service one a week. All linens and towels are provided. For your added convenience, we provide a basic supply of toilet tissue, hand soap, dish/dishwashing & laundry detergents and cleaning supplies. You are responsible for any additional requirements during your stay. The communal pool is equipped with several loungers & umbrellas.

PAYMENT TERMS:

There is a 25% deposit due on booking. Balance of payment is due 30 to 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made with Visa, Master Card or wire transfer.
