Ocean One 404 is a luxury, beachfront condo apartment for holiday rental, on Maxwell Coast Road in Christ Church. This South coast apartment is a well furnished two bedroom, two bathroom end unit situated on the fourth floor. Breathtaking, panoramic ocean views can be enjoyed from the large balcony as well as from the open plan kitchen and living areas.

Ocean One 404 offers a fully equipped Italian designed kitchen with appliances including a microwave, blender, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The comfortable sofa seating area is complete with entertainment area and large flat screen TV. In addition, the balcony has a comfortable loungers. The master bedroom features a king bed, large windows and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two also has a king bed and en-suite bathroom. There is air-conditioning throughout the condo. Guests at Ocean One have access to 2 gyms, communal deck with shared BBQ and the large ocean front deck with lap pool and 2 smaller plunge pools. Maxwell Coast Road is a short distance from the Friday night fish fry at Oistins, and only 10 minutes away from shopping on the South coast.

RATES PER NIGHT (For 2 to 4 people)

Summer (15 April to 15 December) USD $450 per night

Christmas (15 December to 9 January) USD $625 per night

Winter (15 December to 15 April) USD $550 per night

PLEASE NOTE:

The minimum stay is 5 nights.

No children under the age of 12.

The rate includes maid service once a week. All linens and towels are provided. For your added convenience, we provide a basic supply of toilet tissue, hand soap, dish/dishwashing & laundry detergents and cleaning supplies. You are responsible for any additional requirements during your stay. The communal pool is equipped with several loungers & umbrellas.

PAYMENT TERMS:

There is a 25% deposit due on booking. Balance of payment is due 30 to 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made with Visa or MasterCard or wire transfer.
