Orange Hill 802 features a living area with a flat screen TV, WIFI and a sofa bed. The en-suite bedroom has a king size bed and a shower in the bathroom. The bedroom and living area of this South coast holiday rental apartment all lead on to the large wooden deck which is equipped with a dining table and chairs. In addition, there are wonderful views of the 2nd Green of the Rockley Golf Course and the central pool facility is located just a few steps away from Orange Hill 802. The unit also offers 1 person free golf during their stay.

Summer (15 April to 15 December) USD $125 per night

Winter (15 December to 15 April) USD $165 per night

PLEASE NOTE THE RATES ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% TAX.

PLEASE NOTE: The minimum stay is 5 nights. The rate includes maid service once a week. All linens and towels are provided. For your added convenience, we provide a basic supply of toilet tissue, hand soap, dish/dishwashing & laundry detergents and cleaning supplies. You are responsible for any additional requirements during your stay. The communal pool in Orange Hill is equipped with several loungers, chairs, tables & umbrellas.

PAYMENT TERMS: There is a 25% deposit due on booking. Balance of payment is due 30 to 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made with Visa, Master Card or wire transfer.
