Golden Grove 235 is a first floor one bedroom, one bathroom Barbados holiday rental apartment, situated in the popular Rockley Golf & Country Club, Christ Church.

This fully furnished South coast apartment was renovated and features an additional enclosed patio overlooking the pool. This additional patio is wonderful for entertaining. There is a Queen size bed and air conditioning in the bedroom. The bathroom is modern and has a shower. The apartment has a modern open plan kitchen equipped with Bosch appliances. The kitchen also comes fully equipped with all cutlery, crockery and small appliances. Golden Grove 235 has a lovely open plan living and dining area which leads on to the patio facing the golf course. The apartment faces East so it is bright and breezy. The furnishings are modern and tasteful. The balcony is equipped with four chairs and a coffee table. It has a wonderful view of the first Fairway of the Rockley Golf Course.

In addition, there is a communal pool, tennis courts, 9 hole golf course, restaurant and laundry facilities specific to the Golden Grove cluster. Many South coast amenities such as supermarkets, shops, banks and beaches are just a short walk away.

RATES PER NIGHT (For 2 people)

Summer (15 April to 15 December) USD $120 per night

Winter (15 December to 15 April) USD $155 per night

PLEASE NOTE THE RATES ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% TAX.

PLEASE NOTE:

The minimum stay is 3 nights. The rate includes maid service once a week. All linens and towels are provided. For your added convenience, we provide a basic supply of toilet tissue, hand soap, dish/dishwashing & laundry detergents and cleaning supplies. You are responsible for any additional requirements during your stay. The communal pool in Golden Grove is equipped with several loungers, chairs, tables & umbrellas.

PAYMENT TERMS:

There is a 25% deposit due on booking. Balance of payment is due 30 to 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard or wire transfer.
