Orange Hill 808 is a fully furnished ground floor apartment for holiday rental in Rockley, located on the South coast of Barbados.

This two bedroom, two bathroom unit offers a fully equipped open plan kitchen (with large and small appliances). The living area has a flat screen TV and sleeper sofa. The large covered patio offers a great view of 2nd Fairway of the Rockley Golf Course. Both the bedrooms of this South coast apartment are en-suite with air conditioning and lead onto the patio. There is a/c through this wonderful apartment.

Orange Hill 808 has access to the large communal pool  and deck which is equipped with loungers, tables and chairs.

Rockley enjoys a central location along the South Coast or Barbados. Easy access to all amenities and beaches. Rockley offers a 9-Hole golf course, Club House with bar and restaurant and 5 tennis courts.

RATES PER NIGHT (For 2 to 4 people)

Summer (16 April to 14 December) USD $150 per night

Summer (July 22-August 9) US$170.00 per night

Winter (15 December to 15 April) USD $200 per night

PLEASE NOTE THE RATES ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% TAX.

PLEASE NOTE: The minimum stay is 5 nights. The rate includes maid service once a week. All linens and towels are provided. For your added convenience, we provide a basic supply of toilet tissue, hand soap, dish/dishwashing & laundry detergents and cleaning supplies. You are responsible for any additional requirements during your stay.

PAYMENT TERMS: There is a 25% deposit due on booking. Balance of payment is due 30 to 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made with Visa or MasterCard or wire transfer.
