Pleasant Hall 428 is a studio apartment for holiday rental, located on the South coast of Barbados in Rockley Golf & Country Club.

This ground floor apartment has been completely renovated and is presented to a very high standard. There is a king bed, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchenette with granite counter tops, combination microwave/convection oven and stove top with 2 burners. There is an extended patio with dining table and chairs as well as an umbrella and offers views of the golf course. The property benefits from Wi-Fi, telephone, cable TV, safe, hair dryer, ironing facilities and ample cupboard space.

There is a communal pool and laundry facilities are available free of charge.

RATES PER NIGHT (For 2 people)

Summer (15 April to 15 December)  USD $99 per night

Winter (15 December to 15 April)  USD $125 per night

PLEASE NOTE THE RATES ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% TAX.

PLEASE NOTE:

The minimum stay is 3 nights. The rate includes maid service once a week. All linens and towels are provided. For your added convenience, we provide a basic supply of toilet tissue, hand soap, dish/dishwashing & laundry detergents and cleaning supplies. You are responsible for any additional requirements during your stay. The communal pool in Pleasant Hall is equipped with several loungers, chairs, tables & umbrellas.

PAYMENT TERMS:

There is a 25% deposit due on booking. Balance of payment is due 30 to 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made with Visa or MasterCard or wire transfer.
